Please note that once products are sold, you can only exchange our products:

  • Within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase
  • We do not do refund
  • We do not give Gift cards or Vouchers for exchange
  • You can only exchange model, size or color
  • The exchange value should be same or higher.
  • The purchased products must be returned with their original tags and boxes
  • The purchased products must be returned clean, unworn and original aspects.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange

Any defective items will be replaced in conditions that the product is not used, damaged or washed.

Also note that the company does not cover problems caused by misuse or improper care of product, wear & tear, as well as damage caused by accidents.

The shoes kept for a long time without wearing may caused alterations in its components and can result in the detachment or decomposition of the insole (hydrolysis) which does not characterize as manufacturing defect.

Printed or Metallic insoles suffer wear and tear with use.

Shoes with high heels increase pressure on the feet, causing a natural uncomfortable with use, which is not characterized as a defect.

The appearance of small folds is a natural characteristic of the product, caused by natural flexing of the feet.

Lined, painted or coated heels can be damaged during use of the product, which is no reason to exchange it, as it is not a manufacturing defect.

Discomfort during the use of the shoe is not characterised as a manufacturing defect.

We currently offer delivery options in Mauritius:

    • Free Home Delivery [3-5 Working days]
    • Pick up in shops FREE OF CHARGE

We also do shipping to Rodrigues by Mauritius Post. It will cost Rs 80 per item also note expected delivery time is 2-3 weeks and varies.

Our products are sold at the price advertised on the website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order. All prices are listed in Mauritian rupees. Also note all our prices are VAT INCLUDED.
